If AI changes work, use AI to build work of your own.
Launch Lab helps people turn creativity into online businesses: from idea, to offer, to customers, to delivery, to systems. The first live module is the Offer Sheet Engine.

The old employee model teaches people to wait for instructions. Launch Lab is built for people who want to spot problems, create offers, test demand, and own more of the upside.
For a long time, most people were taught to prepare for work by becoming employable. Get the credentials. Get the job. Take instructions. Produce the outcome. Move up if someone gives you the chance.
That path still works for some people, but it is becoming less reliable. AI is changing what companies need from employees. More tasks can be automated, compressed, outsourced, or done by smaller teams with better tools.
But that same shift creates an opportunity. If AI can help a company produce more with fewer people, it can also help one person build more with fewer resources.
Launch Lab is for people who want to use their creativity to build something instead of only waiting to be assigned work. It helps you move from a rough idea to a clear offer, then toward research, outreach, testing, delivery, automation, and tracking.
This is not about pretending everyone should become a founder overnight. It is about giving more people the tools to create value independently. If AI is going to change the way work works, ordinary people should not only be affected by that change. They should be able to use it.
The engine is built around a few simple principles.
If nobody is better off, there is no business.
Not everyone needs a startup. More people need a first useful offer.
If nobody is better off, there is no business.
Not everyone needs a startup. More people need a first useful offer.
AI should help you research, structure, analyze, write, deliver, automate, and delegate. It should not replace thinking.
“AI business” is not an offer. “I help X solve Y by delivering Z” is closer.
A website, logo, or domain means less than one stranger showing interest.
The goal is not to stay trapped doing every task yourself. The goal is to build workflows you can improve, automate, and delegate.
This prototype uses AI, but it is not pretending to validate markets or guarantee outcomes.
Fill this out roughly. Offer Sheet Engine will pressure-test your idea and return the first building block for your Launch Lab project. Do not submit confidential or proprietary information.
Future versions may add customer research, lead lists, outreach plans, conversion tracking, and payment-linked launch workflows. For now, this prototype tests whether the core assessment is useful.
